Work on your fitness goals, just in time for spring, at the Trinity River Levee Run! This run, a beloved event in the Dallas areas for 15 years, returns once more for the 2019 season with athletic events and camaraderie you just can’t find anywhere else. Don’t miss it this Saturday!
The 15th Annual Trinity River Levee Run includes a 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon. Each course includes the rare opportunity to run across the beautiful Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Entry includes a free Levee Run t-shirt for the first 4,000 to register, chip timing with live results posted online, and a unique finisher's medal.
The Half Marathon takes runners on a unique journey along the Trinity River near downtown Dallas. The course is mixed-surface, with gravel, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. The Half includes the Trinity River Levee gravel and dirt roads, the Santa Fe Trestle, the paved Trinity Skyline Trail, and the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge.
The Trinity River Levee Run is part of All Out Trinity, a full day of outdoor events for the entire family. The core mission of All Out Trinity is to activate the Trinity River Corridor through recreational opportunities.
With one of a kind events including the 15th annual Trinity River Levee Run, the largest outdoor yoga class in Texas (Yoga on the Bridge), and one of the largest urban gravel bike ride in the U.S., All Out Trinity attracts a broad group of participants and spectators, from elite athletes to fun-loving families. People from all ages and walks of life participate in this annual event.
